Rachelle Miller is a Director in the Legal & Regulatory Compliance Group of Blue River Partners, LLC. Her responsibilities include: assisting clients with implementing and administering regulatory compliance programs; coordinating response plans for regulatory examinations and inquiries; and supporting project engagements for alternative asset managers including “GAP” analyses and mock U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) examinations. Ms. Miller’s clients include large and mid-size registered investment advisers to private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, and energy investment funds.
Ms. Miller joined Blue River Partners in 2017 as an Associate. Prior to joining Blue River, Ms. Miller served as a legal intern for BNSF Railway and a Public Interest Law Fellow at Catholic Charities Fort Worth.
Ms. Miller attended Texas A&M University School of Law where she graduated with the Aggie Law Distinction for Excellence. As a law student, Ms. Miller served as the Symposia Editor for Texas A&M Journal of Property Law. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University. Ms. Miller is admitted to practice law in the state of Texas and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
